Base fee:
  • Includes: opening dinner Friday evening, including wine, beer and water; Saturday session with coffee break and Target Project fundraiser; opportunities to join the group for lunch (self-pay), for a tour Saturday afternoon (self-pay), and for dinner and show Saturday at Hofbräuhaus (self-pay); Sunday session with coffee break; goody bag
  • For guests or members who can attend only the Friday evening opening night reception, club introductions and dinner at Der Pschorr.

  • The Saturday session includes the meetings from 9:30 - 12:30, including a coffee break and a Target Project fundraiser, as well as opportunities to join the group for: lunch (self pay), a tour in the afternoon (self pay), and dinner with show at the Hofbräuhaus (self pay).
  • The Sunday session includes meetings from 9:30 - 13:00, including a catered coffee break, and the option to join the group for lunch (self pay)

The FAWCO Team of the Munich IWC is excited to welcome you November 10-12, 2017, in our vibrant Bavarian city for a "Clubs in Motion" weekend of Culture, Camaraderie and Charity.  

In addition to our FAWCO and speaker sessions, we plan a Target Project Fundraising Raffle during our Saturday morning coffee break. Titled "A Stadtbummel Through Munich," the Raffle offers a chance to win treasures from some of Munich's iconic shops and venues. We would encourage you to bring cash to participate! 

We are pleased to have found hotels, meeting venues, restaurants and tours in Munich's Altstadt, all within walkable distances of Sendlingertor. (Be sure to pack walking shoes!) Public transportation is also readily accessible for all our destinations.

Policies regarding participation in our activities

CANCELLATION POLICY:   If you cannot attend an activity for which you registered, cancel via the My Tickets tab in the app, via the Website, or via the confirmation email you received when you registered. As a courtesy, please cancel promptly so those on the Waitlist have time to plan and respond.  If you need help to cancel, you may reach out to the Activities Team.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an MIWC event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the MIWC Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with MIWC administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required.
